Last week before weigh-in

It's hard to believe that I am wrapping up my second month in the Suwanee Get Fit Challenge.  Our first official weigh-in is scheduled for Saturday, April 28th.  The day after my birthday.  Guess that means I won't be having drinks or enjoying a piece of cake this year.

This week my plan is simple.  Attend boot camp at Fit Forward everyday this week and eat clean.  As my training Levi so eloquently stated, "If you can't kill it or grown it you can't eat it."

This is what was waiting for me this morning.

At the end of  today's workout everything hurt.  Just typing this post hurts right now.  But as the saying goes, no pain no gain.
